JIIART is delighted to present the Regional Arbitral Institutes Forum (RAIF) Conference of 2025 under the auspices of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The annual RAIF Conference brings together esteemed professionals, arbitrators, and experts in the field of arbitration and serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and regional engagement, fostering the growth and advancement of arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region. This year the Conference will be held first time in Japan.

RAIF comprises nine leading professional arbitration institutes across the Asia-Pacific region, united in their commitment to promoting excellence and advancing arbitration practices. The conference presents a unique opportunity to gather delegates from diverse backgrounds and jurisdictions, facilitating comprehensive discussions on technical, legal, and practical issues pertaining to arbitration.
